Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Skree, including the Skree app, website and related services.
Using Skree
You may use Skree only in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your account secure.
Accounts
Some Skree features require an account. You must provide accurate information where requested and may not impersonate another person or misuse another user's account.
User content
You remain responsible for content you upload, generate, publish or share through Skree. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and must not upload or publish unlawful, infringing or abusive material.
Creator tools and generated content
Skree may provide tools that assist with music creation, generation, editing and publishing. Results can vary and may not be unique. You are responsible for reviewing generated output and for how you use or publish it.
Third-party services
Playback, authentication, media delivery and other features may rely on third-party platforms or providers. Their availability, terms and technical limits can affect parts of Skree.
Creator PRO and entitlements
Some creator capabilities may require Creator PRO or another entitlement. Current access is determined by Skree's server-side account state. Any future paid subscription terms, pricing, renewal and cancellation details will be shown before a purchase is offered.
Availability and changes
Skree is under active development. Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Account suspension and deletion
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or comply with law. You may permanently delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account in the Skree app.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Skree is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Skree evolves. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
